September Garden

It's September in the garden and your faithless blogger somehow managed not to update the site during the prime months of July and August.  Much has happened since the last posting, so please visit the photo gallery below to see how our season has progressed.  The garden has been very productive this year and for the most part everything grew well and prospered.   It seems as if everything was about a month early this year and with today's chilly rain and gloom it feels even later in the year than it is.  There is still much to harvest and there are new crops to plant, but it's a good afternoon to stay inside and update the blog, a sort of 'digital gardening' rather than the wet and muddy real thing.
